DuPont Zodiaq, a nonporous surface, resists stains from wine, food, coffee, fruit juice and even paint. Zodiaq is made with quartz crystals, extremely hard minerals that resist scratches. DuPont Zodiaq quartz surface is heat resistant, but the use of heat pads is recommended. Unlike granite or other natural stones, you never have to seal or polish the surface to maintain its luster. Surface is easily cleaned with soap and water and does not require sealants.
